Fireside Dinner Theater Trip----HOLLYWOOD SINGS

Just a reminder.....Lyn and I are hosting a coach trip with the wonderful Gold Star Tours of Fond du Lac to the Fireside Dinner Theater to see the exciting production HOLLYWOOD SINGS. The trip date is Saturday, March 10, 2007, and we'll leave KFIZ around 8:30 AM with a return around 5:30 PM. The show features the Fireside's electric and exciting live band with show tunes from the 20's to the present. You're going to love this show if you love movie musicals or just enjoy a talented cast.

Fat and Cholesterol!!

Today and last week, I had the honor to interview William B. Parsons, Jr., MD. The good doc has authored a couple of new books that have generated several calls here at the station. The first is "Tough Talk about Fat" and today's was "Cholesterol Control Without Diet! The Niacin Solution." He presented some very interesting (and perhaps controversial to the medical profession) ideas. I can't wait to read each book.
